Broker/Underwriter Trainee

Overview 

We are seeking energetic, dynamic, competitive individuals who are passionate about sales and ready to jump-start their careers in the insurance industry. This is a structured two-year training and development program designed to shape candidates into elite salespeople who can drive new business opportunities.


How you make an impact

  • Leverage access to dedicated mentors to develop superior sales habits, preparing you for long-term success in the insurance industry.
  • Conduct a minimum number of meetings (in person or via video) each week to demonstrate web and phone quoting capabilities and register new users to drive new business submissions
  • Perform timely follow up and continuous communication with customers and prospects
  • Identify and establish relationships with key contacts
  • Pursue continuing education and insurance designations/licenses as outlined in the training and development plan


About you

  • Interest in pursuing a career in sales
  • Willingness to obtain insurance licenses/designations as outlined in the training and development plan
