B.T. Mancini Co., Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, the Project Engineer will be responsible for managing multiple projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and have experience working with various construction management software. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and develop valuable skills. Our Division specializes in furnishing and installing operable walls, folding wall partitions, fire doors, telescoping bleachers, fixed seating, gymnasium equipment, access flooring, marker boards, projection screens, and other specialty items. 

Project Description:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeouts.
  Utilize construction management software to track project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• 
  Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
• 
  Review and analyze project blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• 
  Develop and manage project schedules and timelines using tools such as Civil 3D.
  Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• 
  Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
• 
  Collaborate with project management team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• 
  Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• 
  Manage project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.

 
Experience with project scheduling and coordination.

  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
