What I liked

I loved working as an intern for L&W Supply this past summer. The internship is set up in a ten-week format where you are delegated tasks and checklists each week, so you can work at your own pace. All of the people at the branch I was located at were so nice and very helpful. I also liked how the internship offers a job shadowing experience with each of the various departments at the branch.

What I wish was different

I was the first ever intern at the branch, so it would have been nice to interact with other interns from other branches as well.

Advice

Do not be afraid to ask questions! There are a lot of different codes to each of the products which can be overwhelming at first, but the workers at L&W are very friendly and want you to succeed.

What I liked

I loved working for a company where I knew the managers and my fellow associates cared about me and wanted to get to know me. It's a great work culture and everyone was willing to help me however they could. I also enjoyed learning more about building materials and the different products L&W offers to its valued customers.
