Bonding with the residents and my coworkers

What I wish was different

The work we had to do- we had to vacuum, deep clean the windows, buss, and host along with serving. It was not relevant to serving.

Advice

If you want to work at a retirement home, do it. It's really nice to bond with residents and it's great when they give us advice.
