Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech. 

  • Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
  • Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
  • Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

What You’ll Need:

  • Valid Class E Driver’s License: Clean record required
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Physical Ability:
    • Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
    • Lift up to 70 lbs
    • Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
  • Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
  • Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
  • Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease

 

Starting Pay 

USD $22.50 / Hour

Promotion & Pay Raise after 180 days - Ability to promote every 3 months with 5-10% raise each time! 

Performance Incentive paid out on EVERY PAY CHECK up to $350!
