(Part-time) Production Manager

Jacked Granny is looking for a detail-obsessed, part-time production manager.

You will:

  1. Help shape our SOP, finalize HACCP plans, certification logs and all other record-keeping
  2. Staff each weekly production (from pool of part-time associates)
  3. Run each production - meeting daily target production targets
  4. Process maangement (QC, solving bottlenecks, taking inventory, machinery maintenence). 

 

Details:

  • Hours: 1-2 shifts per week (8-10 hour shifts) 
    • Sunday from 9a-5p
    • OR Wednesday 3-11p
  • Location: Commercial kitchen in D.C (near Catholic University)
  • Role: Assist with packaging bars, sealing, and prep for distribution

Requirements: 

  • Consistent reliability and performance (this is essential).
  • STRONG attention to detail
  • food preparation experience preferred.
