About the Role
Syneren is seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to support and enhance the efficiency of our business and administrative operations. This exempt‑level role is ideal for a resourceful professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, exercises sound judgment, and takes ownership of operational processes that impact multiple departments. The Business Operations Coordinator will serve as a central hub for organizational workflow, cross‑functional communication, and operational problem‑solving.
Essential Job Duties
Operational Leadership & Coordination
• Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow across HR, Accounting, IT, Contracts, Business Development, and other departments.
• Develop, refine, and maintain office systems, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and process requirements.
• Provide administrative oversight for consulting agreements, offer letters, NDAs, and other business documentation.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives in partnership with HR and contribute to culture‑building activities.
Communication & Scheduling
• Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events, including logistics, materials, and follow‑up actions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
• Support the development, coordination, and distribution of the company newsletter, ensuring timely content collection, formatting, and alignment with organizational messaging.
• Provide graphic design support for internal and external communications, creating visually engaging materials that reinforce brand consistency and enhance employee engagement.
Office & Resource Management
• Monitor office supply inventory, anticipate needs, and manage procurement to support uninterrupted operations.
• Oversee office equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor interactions.
• Provide leadership for front‑desk operations and offer coverage when necessary to maintain a professional office environment.
Issue Resolution & Operational Support
• Respond to operational challenges and independently resolve office‑related issues to maintain business continuity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support associates and leadership with operational tasks that advance business objectives.
• Assist with records management to ensure proper documentation, organization, and compliance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or related field
• Proven experience in business operations, office management, or administrative coordination.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, organizational systems, and office management best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfort with office technology and equipment.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
