L&D Specialist - Full Time TCI Trainer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training and Facilitations- Provides training or facilitation services to a designated audience with a designated topic,
- monitoring training effectiveness for end users.
- Program Development- Participates in planning, creation, design and development of programs and materials. Leads the
- effort for updating programs/materials and for non-complex new course requirements.
- Collaboration- Collaborates with others and serves as a resource for adult learning models related to facilitation and basic
- instructional design.
- • Issue Resolution- Trouble shoot problems as they arise. Support team members in problem identification and resolution.
- • User Support- Provides end-user support and meets service level agreements.
- Facilitates routine offerings, develops low complexity instructor led courses, and serves as consultant for basic level and audience offerings.
- Supports P2 and P3 unit colleagues for stretch assignments and development.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Location: This position requires you to report to various Cincinnati Children's locations in the Greater Cincinnati area (Lincoln, College Hill, Clifton, Liberty).
Physical requirments: This role requires supporting trainees as they learn, practice, and demonstrate physical restraint techniques. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent physical activity, including kneeling, lunging, and squatting.
