Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

We’re seeking a passionate Pediatric SLP to provide in-home therapy during after-school hours, supporting children as they build communication, language, and feeding skills in the environments where they live and learn. These are established, after-school caseloads ready to go, making it easy to step in and start making an impact right away.

Two Established Caseloads Available:

  • Southeast South Dallas / Duncanville / DeSoto / Red Oak / Lancaster
  • Mesquite / Balch Springs / Pleasant Grove / Seagoville

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s speech, language, social communication, and feeding needs

Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting strong skill carryover across everyday routines

Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful, functional outcomes

Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home

Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports

Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, family-centered care

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program required

Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure) required

Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

A genuine passion for helping children and families reach their communication goals is essential
