Covington Post-Acute, located in Covington, Tennessee, is a Medicare and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing facility. It offers care for up to 98 residents in private and semi-private suites. The facility emphasizes a comfortable and engaging environment with indoor and outdoor common spaces, personalized dietary plans, and a variety of social activities. Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to elevate patient care? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you won't just be treating patients; you'll be an advocate for their recovery, a guide for their families, and a key contributor to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions focused on functional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set goals and implement innovative programs.
  • Supervise and mentor assistants, aides, and students to ensure excellence in care.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and stay ahead with continuing education and clinical skills.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum.
  • License: Current, active, and unencumbered state licensure with CPR certification.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and a professional presentation.
  • Experience: Long-term care experience preferred; must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to meet the physical demands of resident care, including lifting and intermittent movement.
