Full-Stack Developer

Alvora AI is an early-stage startup building AI-powered hiring tools. We're hiring software developers as independent contractors to build web applications and features for our clients. You'll work across the stack — frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and integrations — owning features end-to-end from spec to deployment. This is a hands-on role for someone who ships quality code independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain web applications (frontend and/or backend)
  • Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services
  • Write clean, tested, maintainable code
  • Own features end-to-end and meet delivery deadlines
  • Collaborate async with a small, fast-moving team

Qualifications:

  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React (preferred)
  • Backend experience with Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js
  • Comfort with PostgreSQL/Supabase and REST API design
  • Familiarity with Git and cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, Railway)
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
  • Bonus: LLM/AI integration or full-stack experience
