Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description:  

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work 1-on-1 with children diagnosed with autism, helping them and their families build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. 

No experience required! Just a love for kids and creative play skills are needed from the start. Is empathy your superpower? This might be the most important job you've never heard of, until now.

 

What you'll do: 

  • Work & play 1:1 with kids
  • Use structured play and ABA therapy to teach real-life meaningful skills
  • Celebrate their wins (big and small)

 

What you'll need:

  • An interest in helping kids
  • A calm, steady, dependable presence
  • Eagerness & energy to play
  • Willingness to learn something new
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass all required federal and state background checks
  • Possess reliable transportation, active drivers license, and state minimum auto insurance coverage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior analytic programming with BCBA supervision
