Position Overview

The Onboarding Manager is responsible for guiding new applicants through our enrollment process, ensuring they complete all required steps, and helping them enter the correct departments within our organization. This role is commission‑only, and you earn 50% commission on every successful onboarding you complete.

We are building a 24‑hour onboarding department, so we are hiring multiple candidates for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with new applicants through messaging platforms

Send onboarding links and instructions

Guide applicants step‑by‑step through the enrollment process

Follow up with applicants to ensure completion

Assist applicants in joining our Teams workspace

Ensure applicants accept all required channels

Help applicants activate their workspace accounts

Sort applicants into the correct department or community

Maintain organized communication and track onboarding progress

Work closely with leadership to improve onboarding flow

Provide a positive, welcoming experience for all new applicants

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience in sales, customer service, or lead management

Ability to follow scripts and onboarding procedures

Comfortable messaging people consistently throughout your shift

Reliable and able to work independently

Organized and able to manage multiple applicants at once

Motivated by commission‑based pay

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems

Professional, friendly, and patient with new applicants

Minimum Requirements

Must be 18+

Must have a working phone or laptop

Must have stable internet access

Must be able to respond to applicants during your shift

Must be able to follow onboarding steps accurately

Must be comfortable with commission‑only pay

Must be able to start immediately

Compensation

This position is commission‑only. You earn 50% commission for every applicant you successfully onboard.

There is no cap on earnings.

Schedule

We are hiring 8 onboarding managers to build a 24‑hour department. You may choose your preferred shift. We offer:
