Campus Partnerships Representative — Commission-Based

Rally is building a nationwide network of highly connected students who can open doors to the people planning concerts and major live events on their campuses.

We are selecting one primary Campus Partnerships Representative at each university. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity for ambitious students with strong relationships across Greek life, campus programming, music, nightlife, and student organizations.

ABOUT RALLY

Rally helps fraternities, student organizations, and campus promoters launch concerts and major live events by coordinating the talent, production, venue, ticketing, transportation, and event operations required to bring them to life.

THE ROLE

Your job is to identify real concert opportunities and get Rally on the phone with the people who control the event and its budget.

You are not responsible for producing the event, negotiating artist contracts, or closing the entire deal. Rally handles the sales process, talent, production, ticketing, and execution.

Your responsibility is to open the door, identify the correct decision-maker, qualify the opportunity, and schedule the introduction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Identify fraternities, student organizations, campus promoters, and other groups considering a concert or major live event
* Build relationships with presidents, social chairs, treasurers, event chairs, programming chairs, and other budget decision-makers
* Introduce qualified organizations to Rally
* Schedule 20-minute calls between Rally and the appropriate decision-maker
* Confirm that the organization has a legitimate interest in hosting an event within the next 12 months
* Track your introductions and opportunities through Rally’s attribution process
* Share insights about your campus, its organizations, event calendar, venues, and entertainment market
* Serve as Rally’s primary partnerships representative at your university

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based opportunity.

* Earn $500 for every introduction that becomes a completed concert deal
* Uncapped earning potential
* Generate as many qualified opportunities as you can
* Additional performance incentives may be available
* Top performers may be considered for regional leadership, expanded sales responsibilities, and longer-term opportunities with Rally

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate
* Highly connected within Greek life, student organizations, campus programming, music, nightlife, or student leadership
* Comfortable texting, calling, networking, and making direct introductions
* Able to reach the people who actually make event and budget decisions
* Reliable, responsive, ambitious, and motivated by performance
* Familiarity with campus concerts or large student events is preferred
* Previous sales experience is helpful but not required

YOUR FIRST FIVE ACTIONS

1. Map 10 organizations on your campus that could host a concert or major event
2. Identify the correct decision-maker within each organization
3. Reach out using Rally’s approved introduction
4. Confirm whether there is a legitimate event opportunity within the next 12 months
5. Schedule the call and record your attribution

WHY JOIN RALLY

* Flexible, part-time schedule built around your classes
* Real startup sales and business-development experience
* Direct access to Rally’s founder and leadership team
* Clear, performance-based compensation
* Ownership of Rally’s relationships at your university
* Opportunity to grow beyond your campus based on results

HOW TO APPLY

Submit:

* Your university and expected graduation year
* Your current campus involvement
* A short explanation of why you?

Rally is looking for students who can create real access—not simply post flyers or promote links. If you know the people planning major campus events and can get Rally into the right conversations, we want to hear from you.
