Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services to children and families. 

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and supervising staff to ensure fidelity of implementation. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage initial client assessments to create personalized treatment plans
  • Create, monitor, and revise client treatment plans and goals
  • Provide supervision, training, and feedback to staff
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure unified approaches
  • Lead Family Treatment Guidance sessions

Requirements:

  • Licensed and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (strong preference for Arizona licensure)
  • Ability to direct and supervise sessions, administer assessments, and create treatment plans
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move quickly to ensure client safety
  • Fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and First Aid Certification
