Job Title: Sales Associate - Retail Store, Basketball Gym (Open Gym Premier)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Courtsmith retail store team located in the Open Gym Premier. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store.

We are currently hiring for Sales Associate, with one opening in our Anaheim location.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide information about products
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise
  • Process sales transactions and operate the cash register
  • Maintain accurate sales records and inventory counts
  • Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance and organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Promote sales and upcoming events to customers
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Shift will be morning 8:30-1:30pm Saturday/sunday

Preferred Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Knowledge of basketball is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week
