Early careers who join trading & shipping follow a track in either trading, analytical, commercial or operations. They participate in a structured three-year program to accelerate foundational technical experience and apply these in the business world.  

The program supports the transition of graduates from university to discipline professional and provides a framework of ‘non-technical’ skills to support personal effectiveness.

Package

• You can expect a competitive base salary, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
• Settling in allowance: as a bp early career, you will receive a one-off sign-on bonus 
• Holidays: employees get at least three weeks of paid vacation, nine paid holidays and two personal floating holidays.  
• Relocation: assistance is available for students moving over 50 miles for an early career role.

 These are our requirements:  

• Obtained or working toward bachelor’s degree
• Graduating between December 2024 and May 2025 (if degree not yet obtained)
• No more than three years post-graduation (if degree already obtained)
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
