**Responsibilities**:
A construction superintendent (supervisor) oversees and manages the daily operations on a construction site. Their responsibilities include coordinating and supervising subcontractors and staff, ensuring work is performed according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. They monitor project progress, handle any on-site issues, conduct inspections, maintain quality control, and ensure that safety protocols are followed. Additionally, superintendents communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address any concerns, and keep the project on track.
Requirements:
