HealthSource Chiropractic of Lakeville is looking for a high-energy and motivated, Associate Chiropractor to join our team! If you are a new graduate, we want to meet you! If you are a seasoned doctor looking for a change, we want the opportunity to chat with you about your goals.

We are a fast-paced, upbeat Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab clinic dedicated to helping patients get out of pain and back to doing what they love.  We have a pediatric & pregnancy focus, however we treat all ages through chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, sports therapy, laser therapy, massage, orthotics, nutrition, and wellness products. 

You are a great fit for this role if you are outgoing and eager to get involved in our community, as well as someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and willing to learn. This individual must be coachable with excellent communication skills. Our staff is very upbeat and highly motivated; we have fun at work, which is necessary to be a part of our team.

We train and support in every area of practice success. We practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics; all with the focus of providing better patient outcomes. We also welcome applicants who have experience with any or all of these techniques.

Required: Doctor of Chiropractic degree & Licensed in for treating in Minnesota. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment including digital x-ray. Beneficial: Webster Certified -Pediatric trained through the ICPA 

Basic Doctor Responsibilities:

  • Support the clinical operations of the clinic
  • Perform community outreach (including events and committees)
  • Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
  • Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
  • Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions.
  • Perform Chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculo-skeletal system, where necessary.
  • Practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.
  • Educate patients on the quality of life and benefits of chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
  • Building positive doctor-patient relationships
  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
  • Recommend and explain details of the patients care plan

We are looking for the right skill set and personality to fill this role when the right doctor comes along. Timeline: Ideally, the right candidate would come on board to begin patient care in January-February of 2025, willing to discuss.
