Teaching Artist

Music Teaching Artists are responsible for creating a fun, safe, and joyful atmosphere for students to thrive in. These artists strive to make each child feel like an asset while communicating the musical and social missions of the program. Music Teaching Artists will teach four days per week, two at each location and commit to teaching one Saturday each month.  The program’s Director will conduct evaluations and professional training will be offered each year by distinguished outside consultants and other specialists in the field.
