Graphic Designer
Position Overview:
Dosch Marshall Real Estate is looking for a talented and creative self-starter seeking a Graphic Designer role in a growing company. The position entails assisting group directors, leaders, and managers by collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator to produce and edit materials including but not limited to, proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, pictures, email blasts, and marketing campaigns—all while maintaining the DMRE brand.
Applicants should show interest in all aspects of the marketing and design process and should be enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced professional environment. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines. Successful candidates should be able to apply professional graphic design principles and develop new ideas to support business development.
Responsibilities:
• Execute the creation of illustrations, graphics, and maps that add value to business development materials and other marketing collateral.
• Create a variety of digital marketing pieces including but not limited to e-blasts, enewsletters, digital advertising, and website graphics.
• Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story such as market reports, newsletters, infographics, statistical graphs, charts and tables.
• Ensure that creative deliverables adhere to brand style guides.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity (layout, typography, color, etc) across all collateral.
• Stay in front of design and marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our company professionals.
• Work quickly and effectively to ensure that creative deliverables support project briefs and are completed on schedule.
Requirements:
• Strong graphic, writing, and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail, design, spelling, grammar, and etiquette in written communication
• Ability to work autonomously and cross-manage multiple projects in a multi-faceted environment
• Team Player - builds positive relationships with team members that foster a strong work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Quick learner and advocate of new media, trends, and technologies.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
• Any knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus
• Digital marketing knowledge/experience
• Experience with website updating/management platforms (Wordpress)
• Proficiency with MailChimp
• Proficiency with Salesforce
