As an Aquatics Lifeguard, you'll play an essential role in maintaining a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all swimmers. Whether you're working year-round in our indoor pools or enjoying the summer months on the outdoor pool decks, you’ll help make every splash count by ensuring safety and creating lasting connections with our community. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, service-oriented team, where your contributions will make a real difference in people's lives.

What You’ll Do

🏊‍♀️ Ensure Safety – Monitor the pool deck and water areas, and take immediate action to prevent accidents or rescues.

💬 Customer Service – Interact with members, providing information and assistance, ensuring they feel safe and welcome.

🚨 Respond to Emergencies – Perform rescues, administer first aid, and provide care when necessary. Keep the pool area clean and organized.

🎉 Support Aquatic Events – Help with organizing and assisting in events like "Dive-In Movies" and "Poolapalooza", making the aquatic experience extra fun!

What You Need to Apply

🔹 Working toward a High School Diploma or GED

🔹 Lifeguard & First Aid Certification (or willing to complete training upon hire)

🔹 Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping

🔹 Ability to tread water for 1 minute and dive 13 feet to retrieve a 10lb diving brick

🔹 Comfortable lifting more than 20 lbs and staying active for extended periods

🔹 Strong communication skills to engage with members and guests

🔹 A passion for water safety and helping others
